Below are all the options that MedLic currently provides to Promoters:
OPTION #1 - PROMOTER PACKAGE. Our Professional Team can alleviate the stress of handling your Fight Card. MedLic provides various services that you can choose from. If you are interested in finding out more about how MedLic can assist you with your fight card, please contact us by email and we will be more than happy to discuss our terms. We are more than experienced in handling this process and are happy to assist you towards a successful and profitable event.
OPTION #2 - MEDICAL RECORDS MEMBERSHIP. Fighters' register with MedLic directly. The fighter is responsible for getting all of his medicals done and copies sent to us in a timely manner. MedLic will be on call to answer any questions the fighters may have concerning their medicals.
This option can be paid by FIGHTER or PROMOTER at $19.95 per fighter.

- Access to downloadable Commission medical forms.
- Each Member can view a list of all of their medical exams in our system.

OPTION #3 - ALL-INCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP. Fighters' register with MedLic directly. This option also includes our Doctor Directory where the fighter can search for various contracted doctors in their own area. They make the appointments themselves. The fighter is responsible for getting all of his medicals done and copies sent to us in a timely manner. MedLic will be on call to answer any questions the fighters may have concerning their medicals.
This option can be paid by FIGHTER or PROMOTER at $9.95 a month per fighter.

OPTION #4 - PLEASE NOTE: UNDER CONSTRUCTION. CALL MEDLIC FOR MORE INFO. If you have your own team and want to benefit from our exclusive MedLic Network of Sports Medicine Doctors and Specialists, this is the option for you. It will allow you, the Promoter, to have access to our Doctor Database for a one time period of 24 hours. You will need to register and obtain a user name and password, which will enable you to enjoy the huge savings and convenience only MedLic can provide. MedLic is not responsible for making appointments. We will submit requirements to all non-participating Athletic Commissions.

EXTRA SERVICES
Emergency Services: This service is where a promoter has a short window of opportunity (48-72 hours before a Commission deadline to submit medicals) to license a Fighter (i.e. a fighter gets ill, has an injury and another fighter needs to replace him or you waited to the last minute). Emergency calls will be taken on a case by case basis. Certain criteria must be met before MedLic will take on the case. MedLic will only be responsible for arranging the doctor appointments and submitting the test results to the Commission. This service starts at $250 per fighter, which includes initial consultation.

Fighter Check Off List: This service will provide a check off list to the promoter. MedLic will monitor the process until every fighter is licensed and will keep the promoter updated weekly to completion. This service is essential due to the fact that some exams may not be approved by the Commission. This will allow ample time to fix medical exams with abnormal results.
Suspended Fighters: If a Promoter contacts MedLic with issues concerning a suspended fighter, MedLic will assist the fighter in being removed from the national suspension list. When the Commission has cleared the fighter, MedLic will inform the Promoter of the release.
Doctor Locator: This service is for fighters who do not have access to our Doctor Directory and need assistance in finding a doctor in their area. This is a one time fee that applies. This service cannot be used during event week.
Red Flag Insurance Policy: This service is our Insurance Policy for fight week, or better know as Hell Week. Promoters who have fighters on the card who are not able to fight due to training injuries, contract conflicts, last minute abnormal test results, etc…MedLic will assist on all issues pertaining to medical clearance/requirements in order to help a fighter or a replacement in obtaining a license to compete in that event. This insurance policy is in place as a safety precaution for a promoter's fight card. |
