1. Payments
If you purchase a Membership, you agree to pay, using a valid credit card, (if you are unable to pay with a credit card, MedLic LLC will accept cashiers checks and money orders as a form of payment), the applicable fees and taxes (if any) set forth in the offer that you accepted. We reserve the right, upon prior notice to you, to change the amount of any fees and to institute new fees, effective at the end of your current membership period. All authorized charges will be billed to your designated credit card account (or other payment method) on the terms described in the specific offer. If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or your payment is returned to MedLic, LLC for any reason, MedLic, LLC reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your access to the unpaid-for Membership (or any other accrued charges) on the account. It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available to cover the charges for the Membership, and MedLic, LLC has no liability for any overdraft or other fees that you may incur as a result of MedLic, LLC processing your payment. Prices for all Memberships are in U.S. dollars and exclude any and all applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise. To the extent permissible under law, you are responsible for any applicable taxes, whether or not they are listed on your receipt or statement.

2. Mail In Payments
If you are unable to join MedLic with a credit card, MedLic will provide an over the phone registration process. Once a Membership has been chosen and all information has been obtained, MedLic will place the account on hold until payment has been received. MedLic will accept cashier checks and money orders as a method of payment (no personal checks). The Member will still need to submit all documentations and agreements as requested in the online registration process.

3. Automatic Renewal Payments & Policy
Upon your acceptance of MedLic, LLC choices of Memberships, you will be allowing MedLic, LLC to have your credit card charged with our automatic renewal payment process, to help ensure that there is no interruption of your Membership privileges. Under the automatic renewal payment process, you authorize MedLic, LLC to automatically renew your Membership at the end of the term of the Membership option you purchased, and each subsequent term, for the same term length of the Membership you initially purchased (unless otherwise stated in the offer you accepted). If you no longer want MedLic to automatically renew your Membership, you will need to follow MedLics' Member Cancellation Process by logging on to your My MedLic Account, clicking on "Cancel Account". This will only stop future automatic renewals of your Membership and will not impact any automatic renewals that occurred prior to the date of your status change. NOTE: Please review our Cancelation Policy due to Membership Cancelation Restrictions.

4. Cancelation Policy
All Members can cancel their Membership at anytime through our online process. Note that if a Membership is canceled prior to a 3 month term, an early Termination Fee will be applied. Please review your Terms and Conditions.  You must log in to your MedLic account and click on "Cancel Account". Once you follow the instructions, you will be sent a confirmation via email that you have just canceled your Membership with MedLic. If you are incapable of cancelling your Membership online, you may write a letter to MedLic requesting to cancel your Membership. Once MedLic has received your request for Membership cancellation, MedLic will mail you a letter of confirmation stating your request has been processed. Depending on the Membership option you chose, you will have access to your account until the expiration of your payment term. Any unpaid charges or late fees will remain on your account until paid in full.

5. Refund Policy
All fees relating to Memberships are non-refundable.

6. Late Fees
All Members are subject to a late fee of $25.00 (U.S. dollars only) (if MedLic, LLC is unable to process your payment at the time of your auto renewal).
